Lidl US is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our Logistics team in Arlington, VA. The analyst will support regional distribution center operations, optimize processes, and train end users on a continuous basis.

• Develop training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for物流 processes.
• Audit warehouse procedures for adherence to international and US procedures.
• Data analysis using Power BI and Excel; SAP EWM/ERP support for regional DCs.
• Support development and implementation of new processes under management guidance.
• Monitor KPIs and review invoices.

SummaryLidl US is searching for the next Analyst to join our Logistics team! The Logistics Analyst works within company structure to support regional distribution center operations, optimize logistical processes, and train end users on a continuous basis. The Logistics Analyst is a strategic, forward-thinking individual that develops and standardizes processes with scalability and growth in mind.

What You’ll Do

• Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements
• Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects
• Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all logistics processes
• Conduct audits of warehouse procedures to ensure adherence to international and US procedures
• Conduct data analysis using Power BI and Excel, and provide SAP EWM/SAP ERP support to the Regional Distribution Centers
• Support the development and implementation of new processes under the guidance of management
• Monitor and track KPIs, and review invoices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
