Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliant daily logistics processes.

The role involves updating databases, generating reports, liaising with internal teams, hauliers, suppliers and customers, and maintaining data integrity to support global logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent planning, time management, and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
