Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a senior logistics professional to provide sustainment and lifecycle logistic support for Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and fielded capabilities. You will lead integrated logistics planning, maintenance planning, and provisioning while coordinating with engineering, maintenance, and program teams to resolve issues.

You will support DoD/Navy logistics across ILSP/OLSS, asset accountability, and logistics data analysis, ensuring readiness for expeditionary missions. A U.S.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in integrated logistics support, sustainment, maintenance planning, supply or defense logistics.
  • Experience with DoD or Navy systems across sustainment, provisioning, maintenance, and lifecycle logistics.
  • Familiarity with ILSP, OLSS, LORA, logistics data, maintenance planning, provisioning, depot planning, asset accountability, or PHS&T.
  • Familiarity with ERP, IUID, WMS, DSS, OM&S, or similar logistics systems.
  • Experience preparing logistics reports, technical assessments, and customer deliverables.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S. citizen; ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance; Secret level to start.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior logistics support for EW systems and fielded capabilities, including sustainment planning, supportability analysis, and lifecycle logistics execution.
  • Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products and activities across the twelve product support elements.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, reviewing, and maintaining Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs) and Operational Logistics Support Summaries (OLSS).
  • Review system design characteristics and ensure lifecycle logistics requirements are incorporated into support plans and sustainment decisions.
  • Support maintenance planning, support equipment analysis, training support planning, depot planning, provisioning, and logistics product data development and review.
  • Assist with LORA assessments, maintenance data collection, maintenance-plan technical assessments, and logistics product data analysis.
  • Maintain logistics schedules and data supporting Work Breakdown Structure tasks, sustainment milestones, and fielding requirements.
  • Coordinate material movement, receiving, staging, storage, shipment, and inventory control for systems, equipment, and resources.
  • Prepare logistics reports, status updates, technical assessments, and recommendations for Government review.
  • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, test, supply, and program teams to resolve logistics issues and improve system supportability.

Description

This position provides senior-level logistics and sustainment support for Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, subsystems, equipment, and components across the acquisition and operational lifecycle. The role supports integrated logistics planning, maintenance planning, supportability analysis, asset visibility, material movement, technical documentation, provisioning, training support, and fielded-system sustainment in support of expeditionary EW mission requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide senior logistics support for EW systems and fielded capabilities, including sustainment planning, supportability analysis, and lifecycle logistics execution.
  • Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products and activities across the twelve product support elements.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, reviewing, and maintaining Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs) and Operational Logistics Support Summaries (OLSS).
  • Review system design characteristics and ensure lifecycle logistics requirements are incorporated into support plans and sustainment decisions.
  • Support maintenance planning, support equipment analysis, training support planning, depot planning, provisioning, and logistics product data development and review.

  • Coordinate material movement, receiving, staging, storage, shipment, and inventory control for systems, equipment, and resources.
  • Support packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) planning and execution for systems, test equipment, instrumentation trailers, vans, and related materials.
  • Prepare logistics reports, status updates, technical assessments, and recommendations for Government review.
  • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, test, supply, and program teams to resolve logistics issues and improve system supportability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in integrated logistics support, sustainment, maintenance planning, supply support, or defense logistics.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Navy systems across sustainment, provisioning, maintenance, and lifecycle logistics functions.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: ILSP, OLSS, LORA, logistics product data, maintenance planning, provisioning, depot planning, asset accountability, or PHS&T.
  • Familiarity with logistics information systems and asset/accountability tools such as ERP, IUID, WMS, DSS, OM&S, or comparable systems.
  • Experience preparing logistics reports, technical assessments, support plans, and customer deliverables.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must currently hold a Secret clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
  • Must be able and willing to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance based on mission requirements. Candidates may begin performance at the Secret level while higher-level access is processed, subject to customer approval.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
Desired Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience supporting Electronic Warfare, counter-UAS, counter-IED, or expeditionary systems.
  • Experience with Government property accountability, OM&S, PP&E, DD1149/DD1348 processing, or audit-ready material management.
  • Familiarity with Navy logistics documentation, training support plans, maintenance data analysis, and technical manual support.
  • Experience supporting fielded systems, depot or shore-based sustainment, and CONUS/OCONUS logistics actions.
