We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistician Level III (Offsite) to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) under the Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

This remote position is ideal for a logistics expert with strong configuration management and property accountability experience who thrives in a virtual team environment.

  • Manage configuration, maintenance, and asset data for USCG afloat and shore-based systems
  • Maintain logistics documentation, configuration item records, and provisioning data
  • Develop and update maintenance standards, recurring tasks (RT), CMPs, MRLs, and CM-SETs
  • Use USCG logistics systems such as Fleet Logistics System (FLS) and Oracle Fixed Assets Management (FAM)
  • Support property tracking and accuracy of equipment records in enterprise databases
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies in configuration and logistics systems
  • Coordinate with remote and on-site teams to meet mission requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field

(An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for degree)

  • 10+ years of hands-on logistics experience, including configuration and property management
  • Experience with FLS, FAM, and other federal asset management systems
  • Understanding of configuration item hierarchies, maintenance planning, and USCG logistics policies
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver high-quality results
  • Experience working with or supporting the U.S. Coast Guard, DoD, or DHS programs
