Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management of resources, from acquisition to disposal.
• Maintain and update databases (SART, LCAT) and produce monthly reports.
• Support CSWS DE program and other logistics systems through data management.
• Identify process improvements and policy refinements.
• Assist FIAR reporting and ensure compliance with Air Force regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate logistics systems across DoD.
• Support budget/forecasting for CSAG-S and present findings.
• Develop training materials and technical documentation.

This role requires a dynamic professional who understands Air Force supply chain processes, including retail and wholesale supply, and excels in data analysis, database management, and system support. The ideal candidate will provide critical support to government functional managers, oversee key program management tools, and contribute to process improvements for mission success.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of resources, including acquisition, distribution, allocation, delivery, and final disposal.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update databases such as the Suspended Assets Analysis & Reporting Tool (SART) and Loan Control Analysis Tool (LCAT), ensuring the integrity of data and generating monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Program Development: Support the Contractor Supported Weapon System Data Exchange (CSWS DE) program and other logistics systems through architecture design, data management, and implementation of system changes.
• Process Improvement: Conduct research and analysis to identify anomalies, errors, or oversights in various programs, including GFP and FIAR, and develop policy refinements and solutions.
• Audit Support: Assist with Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) reporting and ensure compliance with Air Force and DoD regulations.
• System Integration: Work with diverse stakeholders to enhance and integrate logistics systems across the DoD supply chain, including D035 Stock Control System and related programs.
• Budget and Forecasting Analysis: Perform requirements and financial management tasks to support CSAG-S budget and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) forecasting, ensuring accurate resource planning.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, technical documentation, and online tutorials to support system development and implementation.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience with Air Force supply chain processes, including wholesale and retail supply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Expertise in managing and analyzing large datasets using Microsoft Access and other database tools.
• Familiarity with Financial Improvement Audit Remediation (FIAR) requirements and Air Force Stock Control Systems.
• Knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles, including depot maintenance processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience creating and presenting research papers and briefings.
• US Citizenship required

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with systems like D035A/K/L, Commercial Asset Visibility - Air Force (CAVAF), and Keystone Decision Support System.
• Background in working with CSAG-S resources, POM forecasting, and related financial systems.
• Familiarity with Depot-Level Reparable (DLR) processes and procedures.
• Programming experience in logistics-related systems or tools is a plus.

Education And Experience

• 3-10 years of experience.
• A BA/BS degree is required

Travel Requirement

• Routine travel is not required; however, occasional travel may be requested based on mission or customer needs.

Clearance Requirement

• Secret clearance is desirable. Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust/background investigation is required.
