Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Logistician Equipment professional for Creech Air Force Base to perform EAE-related supply functions and manage equipment records. You will work with base supply personnel to resolve issues, ensure accurate data in APSR/ELS-S systems, and support annual FIAR activities.

The role requires 6–9 years in Air Force logistics, familiarity with AFI 23-101, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. A Nevada driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of work experience in the Air Force supply system with emphasis on EAE management.
• Familiarity with AFI 23-101 and working knowledge of ILS-S and APSR data systems.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.

• Must have an established record of effectively working with Base Supply personnel to resolve problems using working knowledge of supporting data systems, processes, and procedures.
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Position requires 6 to 9 years' work experience in the Air Force supply system with an emphasis on EAE Management.
• Must be familiar with procedural requirements in AFI 23-101 and have working knowledge of the ILS-S and AFEMS data base or Support Equipment Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).
• Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
• Applicant must possess and maintain a valid Nevada state driver’s license.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands

Must be able to operate up to a 6k capacity forklift and utilize material handling equipment. Must have a general knowledge of Air Force warehouse supply functions. Must be able to repetitively hold/balance, reach, flex position, twist, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat/crouch, climb, and sit (all for short or long periods of time). Must have a full range of mobility/endurance and be able to lift objects that weigh a minimum of 45 pounds. Constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. Reports to Supply Supervisor - EAE, MX Support, Customer Service, Centralized and Decentralized Material and Inbound/ Outbound Shipments. Full-Time (Five days/ week schedule with minimal overtime projected).
