National Performance Warehouse is seeking dependable individuals to join our warehouse team in Boaz, AL. The Logistic Team Warehouse Associate II handles shipping/receiving, stocking inventory, and fulfilling purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements include punctuality, self-motivation, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A minimum of 3 years warehouse experience and power equipment experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years previous warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and carry-out directions from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors and safety issues.
• Assist with basic customer service.
• Perform time-sensitive tasks with little supervision.
• Prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
• Navigate multiple systems/websites to complete tasks.
• Use handheld scanner to ensure accurate shipments.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Resolve basic escalation issues within department.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.
• Assist customers picking up orders.
• Process and invoice purchase orders.
• Support Warehouse Manager with additional duties.
• Power Equipment experience a must.

The Logistic Team Warehouse Associate II is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including but not limited to; shipping and receiving, loading and unloading product orders, stocking and storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling purchase orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and carry-out directions from supervisor
• Work independently with little to no supervision
• Assure safety compliance with warehouse regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
• Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!
• Minimum of 3 years previous warehouse experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs
• Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders/steps
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
