National Performance Warehouse (NPW) seeks a highly organized Logistic Team Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role supports shipping/receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment while driving accuracy and efficiency across processes.

The ideal candidate is initiative-taken, reliable, and able to follow directions. Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse software is beneficial, and forklift certification is a plus. We offer a drug-free workplace with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required.
• Maintain warehouse organization to prevent errors and safety mishaps.
• Receive and stock products in appropriate zones and locations.
• Use handheld Scanner and relevant software to ensure accurate shipments.
• Pull orders by identifying part numbers that are numeric and alpha-numeric.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup as scheduled.
• Must be able to empty trash daily and take it to the dumpster on-premises.
• Additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
• Ability to understand and carry out directions from supervisor.

NPW is seeking a highly organized and metrics driven Logistic Team Warehouse Associate to join our team. If you enjoy mentoring a team and helping to create processes to improve efficiencies, then this is a great opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate for this position will be initiative-taking and responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including but not limited to; shipping and receiving, loading and unloading product orders, stocking and storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling purchase orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy & timeliness of all job functions.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to read, stand, walk; use hands and reach with arms; Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders/steps; stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs.
