LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Athens, GA to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes customer focus, coaching, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. The position requires some retail leadership experience, with preferred prior management experience and strong communication skills to train and motivate the team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and store technology.
