LOFT is hiring an Assistant Manager in the Lawrenceville, NJ store to lead guest experiences and nurture a strong team culture.

You will serve as a store leader on the sales floor, modeling LOFT’s behaviors to engage customers and mentor associates in delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
