Job summary

Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. in Waterford Township, Michigan, seeks a motivated LOF Service Technician for a full-time, hourly position. You will perform routine maintenance on Chevrolet vehicles, inspect systems, and communicate clearly with service advisors in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years automotive technician experience (or willingness to learn).
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles a plus.
• Strong technical and diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on Chevrolet vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements).
• Inspect vehicles for leaks, belts, brakes, filters, wiper blades.
• Communicate with service advisors with precise language.
• Keep service schedules and records.
• Stay updated with training on Chevrolet models.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.
