Job Summary: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking hotel guests in and out, ensuring an enjoyable experience. Main duties include greeting guests, answering questions, recommending activities and restaurants, and handling phone calls.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Register guests and accommodate requests
  2. Handle check-in and check-out processes
  3. Process payments and resolve billing issues
  4. Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
  5. Maintain a clean front desk area
  6. Assist guests with questions and recommendations
  7. Store luggage and arrange transportation
  8. Keep records of guest check-ins and check-outs
  9. Post changes to guest accounts
  10. Address guest needs, resolve problems and complaints
  11. Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
  12. Provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
  13. Confirm group reservations and arrange VIP services
  14. Upsell additional facilities and services
  15. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and Experience
  • Basic education and literacy skills
