Supervised by: Front Office Manager
Position Type: Full Time Seasonal
Wage Range: $17.50/hr
Perform sales and customer service related to guest registration, processing reservations, and revenue collections to ensure guests receive a secure and friendly stay. Applicants should be 18 years or older.
May work up to 10-hour days, standing for about 8 hours. Use hands for fine manipulation. Visual, speech, hearing, and touch skills are required. Some lifting of skis and luggage is necessary. Worksite includes the Selkirk Lodge/White Pine front desk and reservations departments.
Assist reservations with guest bookings, aid with group functions, help with baggage, housekeeping, and office upkeep.
Skills: Basic computer and math skills, good judgment with the public.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, computer literate.
Experience: Two years in customer service, hotel experience preferred.
License Needed: None
