Hotel Equities seeks a dependable Lodgekeeper for Postcard Cabins to manage linens, supplies, and equipment, ensuring guest-ready housekeeping for outdoor cabin experiences.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain clean, comfortable cabins and a smooth laundry operation in a nature-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, press, and organize linens, towels, blankets, and other guest textiles.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, and wear while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform minor mending or sewing repairs when needed.
• Prepare linen bags, housekeeping kits, guest welcome materials, and cleaning supplies for daily cabin turnovers.
• Stock housekeeping closets, supply rooms, and cleaning carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning products.
• Maintain inventory of linens, guest supplies, detergents, and housekeeping equipment.
• Clean and organize laundry facilities, storage areas, and housekeeping workspaces.
• Monitor commercial laundry equipment and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Support housekeeping operations during peak occupancy by assisting with cabin turnovers and property readiness as needed.
• Help ensure the lodge and back-of-house operations are clean, organized, and prepared to support exceptional outdoor guest experiences.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and environmental stewardship while preserving the natural beauty of the property.

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel ownership, development, and hospitality management company, is seeking a dependable and organized Lodgekeeper to join our team at Postcard Cabins.

Postcard Cabins offers guests a chance to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with nature through thoughtfully designed cabin experiences. As a Lodgekeeper, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure our housekeeping operation runs seamlessly by keeping linens, supplies, and equipment guest ready. Your attention to detail helps create clean, comfortable, and memorable outdoor escapes for every guest.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, campgrounds, outdoor hospitality, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for hospitality, nature, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
• Safely operate commercial washers, dryers, folding equipment, and housekeeping tools.
• Work in a laundry environment with exposure to heat, humidity, cleaning products, and detergents.
• Occasionally work outdoors while transporting supplies or supporting property operations in varying weather conditions.
