Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Housekeeping or hotel/rec hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with hospitality orientation.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare cabins, patios, and public spaces to brand standards.
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, windows, floors, and fixtures.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all cabin areas.
• Inspect cabins for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged or missing items promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, carts, laundry, and supply inventory.
• Provide friendly, courteous service while respecting guest privacy.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the property.

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel ownership, development, and hospitality management company, is seeking a Cabinkeeper to join our team at Postcard Cabins.

Our cabins offer guests a peaceful retreat to reconnect with nature. As a Cabinkeeper, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every cabin is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.

If you enjoy working independently, have an eye for detail, and find satisfaction in preparing comfortable, thoughtfully maintained cabins that inspire guests to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with the outdoors, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare cabins, patios, and public spaces to brand standards.
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, vacation rental, Airbnb, or residential cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Safely use cleaning equipment, ladders, and cleaning products.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
