Job summary

FivePine Lodge in Sisters, Oregon, is seeking a part-time Houseperson to support the housekeeping team. You will respond to guest requests, assist with supplies, room needs, and daily cleaning tasks, helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests. No experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; perfect for first job.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and efficient environment and ensure tasks are completed to standard.
• Take daily direction from managers and supervisors regarding needs and assignments.
• Maintain a clean and neat laundry room.
• Restock bins/carts for following day’s service.
• Clean the kitchen and bathroom of the housekeeping building daily.
• Deliver linens and supplies to housekeeping teams as needed.
• Strip, stock and make beds to support housekeeping teams as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communications between departments.
• Maintain cleanliness of lodge lobby and public spaces.
• Follow procedures for vacancy checks and room entry.
• Answer the laundry phone and relay messages between front desk and staff.
• Restocking pool towels seasonally.
• Other duties as assigned.
