This position serves as the head housekeeper, responsible for managing general housekeeping duties such as cleaning lodge rooms, public areas, and restrooms. Key responsibilities include supervising 5 to 10 seasonal employees and 1 full-time employee, maintaining cleaning and linen supplies, conducting inspections, and performing light maintenance duties. Applicants must possess a valid Arkansas driver’s license and be able to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following: High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience in domestic, institutional, hotel/motel housekeeping, or related fields, including one year of supervisory experience.
