Job summary

Kidney is seeking an MD or DO board-certified urologist to provide inpatient coverage in Oregon. The role features 24-hour shifts in a Level III trauma setting with Da Vinci robotic capability, averaging 3–6 patients daily.

Long-term assignment with quick start, credentialing around 45 days, and 1:3 out-of-house call; start early November 2026. Must hold Oregon license (or be eligible) and possess a DEA license.

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO with board certification in Urology.
• Oregon medical license or license-eligibility required.
• DEA license required.
• Experience in inpatient urology coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient urology coverage in a Level III trauma setting.
• Perform cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, TURP/TURBT and stone procedures.

Locums Urology coverage in Oregon with 24 hour shifts and low daily volume, averaging 3 to 6 patients per day. Long term need with a quick start available, supporting an inpatient service.

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Inpatient urology coverage at a Level III Trauma setting
• Adults only
• Solo coverage model, Da Vinci robot on site
• Typical volume is 3 to 6 patients per day

Schedule

• 24 hour shifts
• Approximately 10 shifts per month
• 24 hour out of house call coverage, 1:3
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 45 days

Cases and Procedures

• Cystoscopy cases including diagnostic, stent, Botox, bladder biopsy, Urolift
• Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, and other stone procedures
• TURP and TURBT
• Sacral neuromodulation, TOT sling, scrotal exploration, clot evacuation, device explant
