Job description

Seekinga Remote Prescribing Nurse Practitionertoplay a pivotal role indelivering accessible and convenient care for our members. This positioninvolves partnering with physicians to support remote monitoring of ChronicHeart Failure (CHF) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), as wellas ensuring timely response to urgent clinical information such as critical labvalues. Nurse Practitioners will workone-hour to two-hour shifts dailyreviewingurgentescalationsofremote monitoring and lab data flows. Responsibilitiesinclude monitoring and reaching out to patients, managing medicationmanagement, and providing outpatient treatment via Telehealth as needed.

Compensation : $60.00 - $70.00 Per Hour

Requirements :

• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university required.
• Two (2) years of experience practicing outside of post-training required.
• Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state where services are provided.
• Current DEA Number or ability to obtain upon employment required.
• Ability to deliver care via telehealth.
• Proficiency with EMR (electronic medical record) systems.
• Must currently have 40+ active state NP or PA licenses with the ability to obtain additional licenses.
