Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a radiation therapy professional for locum tenens assignments in Tyler, Texas. Shifts run 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break, and cover new patient consultations, follow-ups, OTVs, and verification simulations.

The role includes treating approximately 30 patients per shift using Linear Accelerator, VMAT, IMRT, IGRT and SBRT. Travel and housing are prepaid, with malpractice insurance provided, and a Weatherby consultant available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linear Accelerator, VMAT, IMRT, IGRT and SBRT required.
• Familiarity with 3D CRT, electrons, conventional planning and MLC beam shaping preferred.

Responsibilities

• New patient consultations, follow-ups, OTVs and verification sims.
• Handle approximately 30 patients per shift.
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal.
