Job summary

CompHealth is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting across the United States. We handle credentialing, travel, housing, and malpractice coverage to support your practice.

Shifts vary (nights, swings, days) with weekend and holiday coverage. Expect 2–3 patients per hour and procedures including intubation, cricothyrotomy, and ultrasound-guided central lines. 3–5 years of EM experience or residency required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years emergency medicine experience or residency training required.
• Shifts include nights, swings, days, with weekend and holiday coverage.
• Emergency procedures—codes, conscious sedation, airway management.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients from newborns to geriatrics in a high-acuity setting.
• Manage critical procedures and coordinate with care teams to ensure timely treatment.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure smooth credentialing, privileging, and assignment details.
