Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-EligiblePediatric Dentist to provide locum tenens coverage in Sewickley, PA. Thisposition offers a unique combination of resident supervision, direct patientcare, and opportunities to work in both clinic and hospital-based operatingroom settings.

Practice Scope & Responsibilities

• Supervise 8 pediatric dental residentsin the clinic as they evaluate and treat patients
• Provide direct patient care in both theclinic and operating room settings
• Perform advanced pediatric dentalprocedures in the hospital OR and North freestanding surgery center
• Collaborate with attending dentists,residents, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers
• Potential to assist with on-callcoverage over the longer term as recruitment efforts continue

Schedule & Availability

• Flexible 1 to 5 days per week
• Preference for candidates available 2 ormore days per week
• Clinic volume: 12–14 patients/day
• OR volume: 5–6 cases/day

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible inPediatric Dentistry
• Residency-Trained in Pediatric Dentistry
• Active Pennsylvania Dental License (oreligibility via IMLC)
• ACLS (AHA certified)
• PALS (AHA certified)
