Weare seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with trauma fellowshiptraining for ongoing PRN locum tenens coverage in the Richmond, VA area. Thisopportunity provides inpatient orthopedic trauma coverage at a busy Level ITrauma Center, including call, surgical procedures, consultations, andinpatient rounding.

Schedule

• OngoingPRN coverage to fill gaps in the call schedule
• 24-houron-site call shifts, including overnight coverage
• Typicalpatient volume: Approximately 8 patients per shift

The Facility:

• 460+bed acute care hospital with a Level I Trauma Center and Level I Burn Center
• BusyED with 95K+ annual visits, dedicated pediatric ED, and dual helipads
• 15+ORs with robotic surgery capability
• Establishedortho trauma team of physicians and APPs
• Meditech(inpatient) and eCW (outpatient)

Qualifications& Requirements

• MDor DO degree
• BoardCertified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Orthopedictrauma fellowship training and relevant certifications
• ActiveVirginia medical license or ability to obtain one
