Apex Home Health is seeking an Inpatient Physician to provide call-only coverage with a focus on orthopedic procedures and spine surgery at our Missouri hospital partner. You will manage patient loads, respond quickly to calls, and perform arthroscopy, joint replacement, and spine surgeries as needed.

Required ACLS and BLS certifications, with the ability to deliver timely, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Role

Inpatient Physician providing call-only coverage with a focus on orthopedic procedures and spine surgery.

Responsibilities

Manage approximately 10 patients per shift, handle 5 phone consults, and see 4 patients during a 24-hour call. Respond within 30 minutes and perform arthroscopy, joint replacement, and spine surgeries with or without instrumentation.

Qualifications & Skills

ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Ability to handle orthopedic procedures and provide timely patient care.
