The ideal candidatewill be confident in managing neurosurgical patients and comfortable working ina fast-paced, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Round on neurosurgery inpatients
• Perform comprehensive assessments,progress notes, and documentation
• Assist with care coordination, dischargeplanning, and patient follow-up
• Support outpatient clinic operations asneeded
• Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons,residents, and hospital staff
• Share census of 20–25 patients with theAPP team

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or PhysicianAssistant (PA-C)
• Must have an active Illinois license
• Neurosurgery, neurology, or criticalcare experience strongly preferred
• BLS/ACLS certifications as required bythe facility
• Excellent communication and teamcollaboration skills
