Responsibilities

• Provide endoscopy services for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Manage gastroenterology consultations during scheduled coverage hours.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with gastrointestinal conditions.
• Perform indicated endoscopic procedures and develop treatment plans.
• Provide 24-hour weekend call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner.

We are seeking a Board-Certified GastroenterologyPhysician for a locum tenens opportunity in Petoskey, MI. This hospital-basedposition includes weekday endoscopy and consultation coverage, along with24-hour weekend call on Saturdays and Sundays. The physician will join acollaborative team of gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers in awell-supported clinical setting.

• WeekdayHours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• WeekendCall: 24-hour call on Saturdays and Sundays

• PatientVolume: Approximately 18 outpatients and 20inpatient scopes per day
