Odyssey Locums seeks a Locum Gastroenterologist to start as soon as credentialed at a hospital near Miami Beach, FL. The position involves active endoscopy coverage with routine consults during a 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• BC, Active MI License, DEA, CSR, ACLS, ERCP required.
• Fellowship in Gastroenterology with 2–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Endoscopy coverage and consults from 7am to 4:30pm.
• Perform 18 outpatient and 20 inpatient GI scopes per day.
• Hospital-based setting with 2 physicians and 2 NPs/APPs; onsite labs and imaging.
• Use Cerner EMR for documentation and orders.

Locum Gastroenterologist needed starting as soon as credentialed near Miami Beach, MI.

Details:

• Clinic setting: Hospital
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-4:30p, Sporadic Weeks Needed
• 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
• Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am - 4:30pm
• Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
• Onsite lab
• Onsite XRay
• EMR: Cerner
• Requirements: BC, Active MI License, DEA, CSR, ACLS, ERCP, Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
• $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
