Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for locum tenens coverage at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Caro, Michigan. The outpatient opportunity follows a Monday–Friday schedule with an after-hours call rotation.

The role includes outpatient primary care, management of acute and chronic conditions, and occasional pediatric care, averaging 15–20 patients per day. Michigan license and BLS/ACLS are required.

Formación

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Michigan medical license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide general pediatric outpatient care as needed.
• Participate in the after-hours call rotation.
• Coordinate patient care and referrals as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Schedule & Coverage

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Outpatient clinic coverage
• After-hours call based on a rotation
• Average of 15–20 patients per day

Patient Population

• Approximately 90% adult and geriatricpatients
• Approximately 10% pediatric patients
