Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine physician for an outpatient, locum-tenens assignment in Caro, MI. The role involves comprehensive adult and pediatric care in a busy outpatient setting with Cerner EMR support and on-site staff.

Coverage ASAP – ongoing, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided. Board-certified Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered) and MI license active or eligible are required.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered).
• Active MI license or eligibility to apply.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Local candidate preferred.
• NPDB self-query required at presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform routine physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Coordinate care with specialists and support staff.
• Participate in after-hours call rotation as scheduled.
