Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
• NBCRNA certification and board certification.
• Active Michigan license required; license must be current.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• Case logs: 75 within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB/GYN, cataracts, endoscopies, vascular and pulmonary cases.
• No hearts or heads cases.
• Comfort with spinals, epidurals, venous and arterial catheters; blocks preferred.
• Work with anesthesia techs, nurses, scrub techs, and PACU staff.
• Weekday coverage with no call and a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Michigan - Long Term Assignment, Fast Credentialing

Locums CRNA role in Michigan with a predictable weekday schedule and no call. Solo coverage with a bread and butter case mix across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Highlights

• No call coverage required
• Monday to Friday schedule, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week

• Average volume of 4 to 8 cases per day

Practice Setting

• Case setting mix, 70 percent outpatient and 30 percent inpatient
• Support team includes anesthesia techs, nurses, scrub techs, and pre op and PACU nurses

Schedule

• Weekday coverage, Monday through Friday
• Scheduled hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Start includes an orientation, then clinical start immediately after
• Coverage is needed long term, with likelihood to extend
