Key responsibilities include managing 10-20 NICU cases annually, covering pediatric general surgery, urology, orthopedics, ENT, and additional specialties such as plastic surgery, oncology, GI, IR, and radiology.

It requires handling ASA 3+ pediatric cases for children under 14 and providing home pediatric call one week per month.
