Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a board-certified interventional radiology physician for locum tenens assignments in Louisiana. You will perform a full range of IR procedures and participate in a demanding call schedule.

Assignments include Mon–Fri with on-call coverage and 24-hour weekend calls. Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant via our online portal.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with an active medical license.
• Experience performing interventional radiology procedures.
• Locum tenens or travel healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full spectrum of interventional radiology procedures.
• Cover shift per schedule: Mon–Fri with on-call; 24-hour weekend.
• Document time entries and patient information in online portal.
