Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a board-certified interventional radiologist for locum tenens assignments in Louisiana. The position involves the full range of IR procedures, with a Mon-Fri schedule plus on-call duties and a 24-hour weekend call.

Compensation is competitive, with travel and housing expenses prepaid. Assignments are managed through Weatherby’s online portal, and you will have 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant and support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician required.
• Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Louisiana or eligible to obtain licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional radiology services across full IR spectrum.
• Mon-Fri schedule with on-call obligations including 24-hour weekend coverage.
• Enter assignment details and time entries in the online portal.
