Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a regional locum DVM to serve hospitals in north Texas. Based on current locations, this role will primarily serve small animal GPs in the greater Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex (Arlington, Plano, McKinney).

This is a full-time relief position ideal for doctors who enjoy connecting with diverse teams and managing a dynamic caseload. We are open to four-day or five-day schedules (4-10s or 5-8s). There are NO weekend, emergency, or on-call services in this role.

We seek a veterinarian who can adapt to each hospital's culture and needs, with hands-on experience working with small animals. Candidates must be licensed or able to become licensed in Texas. Veterinarians with 2+ years of clinical experience are encouraged to apply.

About Our DFW Hospitals:

This role supports three small animal hospitals in DFW: two in central/north Arlington (near ATT Stadium) and one in Plano (Preston Rd & George Bush Turnpike). As we grow, support may extend to a hospital in McKinney. All locations are within 50 miles, with toll and mileage reimbursement provided.

Our clinics range from single-doctor to multi-doctor practices, with strong community ties. Expect personalized mentorship, collaboration, and support from experienced doctors and talented technicians.
