Locum to Perm - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Davenport, IA

Genesis Medical Center Davenport is seeking a Locum to Perm CRNA for their Plastic Surgery department.

Details

• Schedule: Surgery days vary; shifts are 7am-4pm, with clinic hours from 8am-5pm. Procedure days are Wednesdays and Thursdays, flexible.
• Number of shifts: 4-8 per month
• Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services for cosmetic surgeries including breast augmentation, reduction, face lift, abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty, and more.
• Team: 2 physicians, 1 advanced practice provider, nursing support (2 RNs, 1 MA), 1 surgical tech. Supervision of APPs not expected.

Requirements

• Must have completed application file, with confirmation from MSO before shifts are confirmed.
• Experience with cosmetic surgery procedures preferred.

Additional Information

• Malpractice insurance must be included in bill rates.
• Orientation, hourly, holiday, and overtime pay available.
• Conversion fee: $15,000 with rate cap.
