Position Details:
Patient Population: Women’s health – Obstetrics and Gynecology
Setting: Critical Access Hospital + Outpatient Clinic
Responsibilities: Second call coverage for OB; in-clinic GYN procedures; support CNM/OB team for complications
Required Procedures: Endometrial ablation, IUD insertion/removal, menopausal management, failed medical management, urinary incontinence treatment
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: OB/GYNs, FM/OBs, CNMs (CNMs take first call)
Days Per Month: As available per listed shift schedule
On-Call/Weekends: Yes – On-call coverage required, including some weekends
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified – Required
Active ME License or Active IMLC – Preferred
List dates able to cover – Required
Willing and able to perform routine required GYN exams and procedures – Required
