Access Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Adult Medicine for a locum tenens position in North Anson, Maine.

Job Description & Requirements

  4. Hours: 8 hours per week
  5. Shift: 8 hours, days

We are seeking General Medicine NPs to perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments. The need is on a PRN basis, ongoing.

Candidates should have a background in general medicine or experience with compensation and pension. The provider must have an office in North Anson, ME, and be able to schedule Veterans within their own practice or travel to a VES location within 50 miles of North Anson.

DMA Certification is preferred. Use of a Goniometer is required. Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions is necessary. Proficiency in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions is required. Own personal laptop (NO MACs).

There is a $400 bonus for completing required training and first exams.
