I am actively seeking a dedicated, full-time, Locum Tenens Dentist, or Dentists willing to transition to work as a full time Locum Tenens Dentist, for dental practices across the United States. We are ideally seeking dentists that are flexible with travel and would consider options to obtain additional state licenses (We have options to help to you obtain additional state licenses!)

This exciting opportunity allows you to travel and make a significant impact in underserved communities and clinics struggling for coverage.

As a Locum Tenens Dentist through Barton Associates, you'll have the unique chance to work in various settings across the country. This role is perfect for new graduates seeking diverse experiences and seasoned professionals looking to make a difference in communities in need.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality dental care in diverse practice settings
• Quickly adapt to different practice environments and teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Adhere to all relevant state regulations and practice guidelines

Requirements:

• Availability for full-time coverage on short or long-term assignments (jobs can vary from one day to one year at a time)
• Active dental license in good standing (multi-state licensure is a plus, but we have opportunities to help you obtain additional state licenses.)
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in various work environments
