This position involves providing call coverage in an inpatient cardiology setting with a Q5 call ratio and 30-minute response time. The role requires rounding on an average of 5 patients per shift and performing invasive cardiology procedures such as diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, angioplasty, stent placement, IABP, PA catheter, and pacemaker insertions. Preferred skills include TEE, cardiac ablation, and electrophysiology.
