Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced clinician to provide inpatient cardiology coverage in Fargo, ND. The role includes urgent TEE, catheterizations, temporary pacemakers, and EP call support, with active STEMI management and stat echocardiography.

Expect to handle multiple admissions per call, manage on-call shifts, and participate in a structured team environment. On-site duties include cross-coverage and clear patient-flow coordination within a well-established staffing organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with inpatient cardiology procedures and management.
• Proficiency in TEE, cath procedures, temporary pacemakers, and EP coverage.
• Ability to manage acute cardiac cases and provide consultative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient cardiology care, handling an average of 15 patients per shift and approximately 3 admissions per call.
• Perform urgent procedures such as TEE, caths, and temporary pacemaker placements.
• Manage STEMI cases, conduct stat echos, and support electrophysiology (EP) calls.
• Handle phone consults, averaging 5 per 24 hours.
• Work 9-hour days plus night call, with preferences for shifts hitting two weekends per month.
