Weatherby Healthcare seeks a physician for locum tenens coverage in a surgical critical care environment in Arkansas. Coverage through late fall with census often exceeding 30 patients per day. EMR is Epic; ATLS is required; scopes preferred.

Responsibilities include managing acute care surgical cases, trauma calls, and ED consults for adult, pediatric, and neonate populations. Weatherby provides paid malpractice, prepaid travel and housing, and ongoing support through a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• ATLS (trauma) certification required.
• Experience in hospital surgical critical care and trauma response.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
