Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies and care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and department protocols.
