Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides diagnostic, therapeutic and consultative services for communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and documents results.
• Assists in data collection of patient outcomes.
• Supervises assistants and support staff as appropriate.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality care.
