Weatherby Healthcare seeks an on-site radiologist for periodic coverage in North Carolina. The candidate will read general diagnostic radiology cases, with emphasis on mammography screening and diagnostic workups, including biopsies.

Requirements include active medical licensure with NC privileges and board certification in Radiology, plus on-site scheduling and coordination with Weatherby consultants for travel and housing support.

Formación

• Licensed radiologist eligible for North Carolina medical privileges.
• Experience in screening and diagnostic mammography with biopsy procedures is required.
• General diagnostic radiology reading experience is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Read general diagnostic radiology cases and mammography cases.
• Perform and supervise screening and diagnostic mammography, and biopsies.
• Provide on-site coverage as scheduled and coordinate with Weatherby consultants.

• Minimum 1 week/month of on-site coverage -- 8 - 9 hour shifts
• Avg. 30 screening mammograms, 4 diagnostic mammograms, 0 - 1 biopsy/day
• General diagnostic radiology reading required
• Mammography (screening and diagnostic) and biopsy procedures required
• Hospital privileges required
