The position operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on a weekly basis.

For candidates located within a drivable distance, reimbursement for round‑trip mileage and lodging will be provided, regardless of the preferred mode of transportation.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Surgery and hold either an MD or DO degree.

- Essential certification in Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine, including relevant training and experience
- Active Illinois License and DEA/CSR
- Availability upon request
- Provision of two professional references
- Preference will be given to candidates who present a clean and streamlined credentialing process

- Active medical license in Illinois is mandatory.
