Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens pediatric inpatient physician for a 4-day assignment in Richlands, VA. The role involves intubation and neonatal/pediatric procedures, including UVC/UAC placement, lumbar puncture, chest tube insertion, and interpretation of X-rays and EKGs.

Typical workload includes 2–3 patients per shift with 1–2 admissions per 24 hours, and on-call coverage. Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24-hour consultant support.
