Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens pediatric physician to support pediatric inpatient care with Level I Nursery rounding. The role includes 12-hour shifts, on-call duties, and attending C-sections and high‑risk deliveries.

You will perform intubation, central line placement, and ventilation management, with a 30‑minute call response time and one weekend on call per month. Weatherby provides paid travel and housing and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Pediatric inpatient rounding on Level I Nursery.
• Intubation and ventilation management required.
• Central line placement skills expected.
• Attention to high-risk deliveries and C-sections.

Responsibilities

• Attend pediatric inpatient rounding in Level I Nursery.
• Perform intubation, central line placement and ventilation management as needed.
• Attend C-sections and high-risk deliveries.
• Provide ongoing coverage: 12-hour shifts, 1 weekend on call per month; 30-minute call response time.
