Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a board-certified pediatric anesthesiologist for a hospital-based assignment in Augusta, GA. The role involves exclusively pediatric cases with 7am–5pm, Monday through Friday, and no call.

Expect 5–8 pediatric patients per shift and a supportive staffing environment. You will work in a hospital setting performing general anesthesia for pediatric cases; housing and travel are provided, with comprehensive malpractice coverage and a streamlined credentialing process.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in anesthesiology.
• Pediatric general anesthesia experience required.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 7am–5pm with no on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric general anesthesia in a hospital setting.
• Manage 5–8 pediatric patients per shift with safe, efficient care.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
