Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens surgical pathology assignment in Louisville, KY. The schedule runs 8 am–5 pm daily with a busy workflow and 20–30 cases per day, including GI, GU, breast, lung and ENT specimens. Cytopathology is available as an opt-in option.

Job description

• 8 am - 5 pm daily
• 20 - 30 cases per day -- approximately 150 - 200 slides
• General surgical path mix -- GI, GU, breast cases
• Frozens and GI, lung, ENT biopsies/resections expected
• Cytopath available -- opt in/out of cytopathology
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
