Requirements

• Must have an active state license
• Board Certified (BC) required
• Availability for weekdays, days, and weekend call
• 1 - 8 CT procedures per day, with an average of 1 - 2 ultrasound procedures per day
• Experience with GI, breast, orthopedic, GYN, and placentas
• Credentialing needed
• DEA not needed
